you'll find some quick tips on adding some Halloween spark
to your food tables.
GELATIN MOLDS & ICE SCULPTURES
A spooky
gelatin mold can add a spooky
ambience to your Halloween table. Some can also be used to freeze juice
or water and used in a punch bowl as well. You can use a multitude of things as molds
for both ice and gelatin to make your sculpture, including
small Halloween cake pans and body parts gelatin molds. These
look great setting next to or floating in your punch bowl!
You can use a decorative cake
pan such as a tombstone, skull or bat to make an ice sculpture centerpiece. Fill mold with
water, add food color if you'd like it to have a tint to it. You can find brain, hand and
heart molds around this time of year that will make great molds for ice to add to your
punch bowl! Be sure and keep it frozen
until use!! To remove, run pan side under cool water to release the ice mold.

Setting the perfect table for your
Halloween party is easy, finding or making the right centerpiece to set it all off can be
a bit harder. Here are some ideas for some Halloween centerpieces that will help finish
the look of your table! Anything from a cornucopia, dried harvest corn, mini pumpkins used
together for an autumn center piece to a small water fountain to a smoking cauldron. Use
your imagination, make your own or pick up a cool looking center piece at your local
Halloween or online retailer!
Choosing a centerpiece depends on the size of your table and
the theme you are going for, you don't want it to over power
the table but add to the beauty of your Halloween settings.
You can choose something that matches your place settings or
go with something else.

Setting a coordinated Halloween banquet
table for a spooky evening of treats is a great touch. Choose a large, stable table so you
have plenty of room and its doesn't look over crowded. There are a multitude of Halloween
paper plates and utensil designs to be found during the Halloween season. The only problem
you'll have is picking which one to use!
If you use real candles make
sure there's nothing that can catch fire and don't leave it unattended. Hollowed out mini-pumpkins make great votive candle
holders! Use your imagination and go crazy! There are also plenty of
battery powered tea lights and battery powered pumpkin
lights that can be used in place of candles on your serving
table.
